MiniCon 2019 Reaction

MiniCon was a lot of fun! I got to catch up with old friends and make new ones, reconnect with the amazing staff at the Sewell Mill Library and Cultural Center, and talk about my art. We were there in Spring for the First Annual Storytelling Festival, and they invited us back for MiniCon.

Woke up at 6am and left the house at 7:30am. We got Starbucks breakfast, then drove an hour to Marietta, Georgia. Marlena and I arrived at 8:45am and unloaded and set up before the convention started at 10:00am.

This was the first time we remembered to set up the camera and film our indoor setup process. Next time, we’ll film outdoors. I hope you enjoy seeing our booth prep process! Thanks again, Sewell Mill Library and Cultural Center for putting on another great festival, to everyone who came out, and especially to everyone who came by to talk with or purchase from us. We appreciate y’all so much!
