I would have to disagree. they didn’t come back 😭 she was literally telling him a story to help the both of them move on from their grief. Its like comforting someone after a loved one died by telling them theyre in heaven with so and so. Jessie explained it in a way that Mark is now reunited with Sean, so he got the best ending of all. However, there’s no telling how Cody’s powders will develop later on in life to that making that story a reality
